Palatial walls, ripples of floating light
Following the quiet path into the light courtyard, you can see a modern structure with a style of palace in Tang Dynasty. The 16M overhang space and 40M long experience moving line run through with light and shadow as the axis, and the architecture and landscape are inseparable. The experience of this moment is more spiritual and enlightening.

In the relatively enclosed space, the building naturally occupies the prime position. The nearby buildings and the surrounding 7M-high walls will bring a sense of visual pressure. The water beneath connects the overhead and transparent spaces. The water at the far end falls to the sunken courtyard, while the water at the near end presents a complete painting space.
In the beginning, we wanted more green and layers, or in other words, a sense of Zen. Considering the climate, the air clarity and the complete horizontal display of the building, we chose a simpler design.

The middle and upper space is designed with a rainbow-like bridge and a green background, while the lower space has many layers. The delicate changes of underwater materials and the overlapping waterscape make the lines extend across the bridge and then disappear at the end. From a distance, people will see the continuous scenery.

Peaceful, agreeable, simple and genuine
The sunken space is connected by a rhythm of waterscape and texture. The interior, top and bottom of the space have a more wonderful depth of field under light and shadow, and sound and sky light are absorbed and transformed to create a soothing environment. Occasionally, the people in the court will encounter others talking in the room. Water splashes on the sand, making a clear and pleasant sound.

Based on OKASHIMO’s works, the shape and texture of the scattered Daming Palace & Taiye Pond were extracted and integrated into the design. The gurgling water and harsh texture match the gentle and humid walls.

Dance Sleeve Silver Flower Art Sculpture
The sculpture is an integrated design by LACIME & H&H Art Design. Taking “freezing the moment into eternity” as the theme of this sculpture design, it shows the elegant style of Xi’an as the ancient capital of 13 dynasties. The unique aroma from “bursts of fragrance spread throughout the Chang’an City, the city is full of golden chrysanthemum”, the melodious singing of “the singing and music playing in the darkness tell people that this is Chang’an”, the deep horn sound of “when autumn comes to the border city, and the sound of wailing horns can be heard and beacon fires shining on the Gaoxing Pavilion” visualize the abstract sensory experience, and the intended blank space in the design stirs spontaneous imagination of the viewers.

Metal welding technology is a modern form of art creation. The three-dimensional space artwork emphasizes the release of the author’s ego spirit, and the wild imagination can simplify or complicate or abstract the work.
The whole production process experienced molding and coating and stainless steel welding on the billets. While controlling the large shape, the project polishes the details and focuses on the direct dialogue between the artist and the material. The texture of the material and the welding texture formed in the welding process are also the key factors of final form of the work. The intended presentation of metal welded sculptures is difficult to be achieved by sculptures made of other materials. It is particularly worth mentioning that in this design, flexible images are created with stiff stainless steel, giving the sculpture softness, rigidity and a unique charm.
